Pay the participation feeسداد رسوم المشاركة

You will receive confirmation that your application has been received. After the founder has checked that you registered for the correct group, you will be asked to pay the participation fee — which is not refundable once paid — by bank transfer to the IBAN provided in that email. Once the transaction appears on the account, you will receive an email confirming your final registration.ستصلك رسالة تؤكد استلام طلبك. وبعد تحقّق مؤسِّسة المسابقة من تسجيلك في الفئة الصحيحة، سيُطلب منك سداد رسوم المشاركة — وهي غير قابلة للاسترداد بعد سدادها — عبر تحويل بنكي إلى رقم الآيبان المرفق في تلك الرسالة. وبمجرد ظهور الحوالة في الحساب، ستصلك رسالة تؤكد تسجيلك النهائي.

Participation feeرسوم المشاركة

The fee covers the hall, the jury, a certificate for every participant, and the awards.تغطّي رسوم المشاركة تكاليف القاعة، وأتعاب لجنة التحكيم، وشهادة لكل مشارك، والجوائز.

Payment is by bank transfer. The account details are sent to you by email once your group has been confirmed.السداد عن طريق التحويل البنكي، وتُرسل بيانات الحساب إليك بالبريد الإلكتروني بعد تأكيد مجموعتك.

Refundsاسترداد الرسوم

The participation fee is not refundable once it has been paid. The money is committed in advance to the hall, the jury, the certificates and the awards, and cannot be recovered if a participant later withdraws or does not attend.رسوم المشاركة غير قابلة للاسترداد بعد سدادها، إذ تُخصَّص مقدَّماً لتكاليف القاعة، ولجنة التحكيم، والشهادات، والجوائز، ولا يمكن استرجاعها في حال انسحاب المشارك لاحقاً أو تخلّفه عن الحضور.

If the competition is cancelled by the organisers, the full amount is returned to you.وفي حال إلغاء المسابقة من قِبل المنظِّمين، يُعاد إليك المبلغ كاملاً.

No applications are accepted after 5 December 2026.لا تُقبل أي طلبات بعد 5 ديسمبر 2026.
